The device communicates to our servers using the network available.
There might be some occasions in which the signal to the network could be
too weak for the device to be able to connect, when this happens the device
is unable to send new data to our servers. But our device has a built-in
memory that allows it to store all the data so it can send it as soon as the
connection is back up.
When you notice the device is delayed, you will see that most times it will
catch up as soon as you start a new trip, as the device doesn't send data while
the vehicle is off, and that all your trips then show correctly as the device is
built to not have any data loss.
